About Angie

My interest in mental health began at a young age, driven by an innate curiosity about how we can live as healthy, whole versions of ourselves despite the difficult experiences we may have faced. This passion led me to pursue a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Western Carolina University.

With experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, identity, disordered eating and eating disorders in various mental health settings I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions. My approach is a balance of gentle support and structured guidance, providing a safe and open space where growth, healing, and meaningful change can unfold.

Whether you’re facing a major life transition, struggling with emotional difficulties, or simply seeking personal growth, I’m here to support you every step of the way. Your journey toward healing and self-discovery is important, and I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

Outside of the office, you can usually find me enjoying the outdoors—hiking, biking, or camping whenever I get the chance. When I’m not on the trails, I’m spending time with my two dogs or diving into both a fiction and nonfiction book at the same time, switching back and forth depending on my mood.

Feel free to reach out—I look forward to connecting with you!
